Legal Defensive Use

Products sold strictly for lawful self-defense under Indian Law and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

Binding Agreement

Placing an order creates a binding contract under Indian Contract Act 1872.

Punjab Jurisdiction

All legal matters governed exclusively under jurisdiction of Punjab state courts in India.

1. Account Eligibility & Buyer Representation

By placing an order with PINAKA Defense, you represent, warrant, and certify that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts.
  • All information submitted during checkout (name, shipping address, contact details) is truthful and accurate.
  • You are purchasing self-defense equipment for lawful protection purposes and not for criminal, aggressive, or unlawful acts.

2. Permitted Use & Legal Compliance

PINAKA Defense manufactures and solicts non-lethal personal safety equipment designed for civilian defense against bodily harm.

Prohibited Misuse Warning

Any offensive deployment, unlawful threat, prank, or aggressive use of PINAKA safety gear against law enforcement officers, civilians, or animals constitutes a criminal offense under Indian penal law. PINAKA disclaims all liability for unlawful third-party acts.

3. Pricing, Payments & Order Acceptance

Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on PINAKA are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly specified otherwise.

Order Confirmation

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. PINAKA reserves the right to decline or cancel orders due to inventory stockouts, suspected fraud, or pricing discrepancies prior to shipment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or litigation arising out of site usage or product purchases shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Punjab, India.
